Our spring neighborhood meeting will take place on

Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:00 PM - All Grand Pointe residents are welcome to attend this important meeting.

The meeting will be held at the Windsor Township Meeting Room, located at 300 West Jefferson Street in Dimondale. The meeting room is located in the basement of the fire station. Access to the meeting room is at the back of the building.

We will discuss the new LBWL water system and will hold elections for a new Board of Directors. We need volunteers for all Board positions, so please consider stepping up to help keep Grand Pointe a wonderful place to live. Call or text Jill Baker at (703) 895-4510 to volunteer. We need you!

We will also be collecting annual 2026 dues in the amount of $150 per household, so please bring cash or a check to pay at the meeting. Only paid members are allowed to vote on Association business.

We will post the meeting agenda this weekend. Please plan on attending this important meeting.
